An hour long class introducing the 3 types of energetic qualities according to Ayurveda, tools to help you recognize them within yourself and how to balance them out with physical self care practices, breath work, meditation, essential oils, chanting etc., followed by an hour long grounding restorative yoga practice including a mini singing bowl sound bath!
